Hard Drive, memory and Video card replacement are some examples. The $25.00 fee will be waived from the $95.00 flat rate if you choose PC Girl Power for the installation.

Operating System (Windows) Problems

There are times when corruption to the operating system is so extensive, whether caused by hardware failure (bad sectors on the Hard Disk Drive), virus destruction, corruption to the Windows Registry, etc. that completely reinstalling the operating system is necessary to repair the damage. However, you can rest assured that prior to proceeding, we will always protect your data by backing it up to disk for a full restore.
